Please read through the Board Room Policy and Patron Rules of Conduct before requesting the space.
The Board Room is located on the 3rd floor, adjoining the terrace. It has a conference table that currently seats 16 and room capacity is 26. This room features internet conferencing technology with a large screen, and sound. This room is available for after-hours use, pending Library Director approval, with at least 1 month notice.
Reservations of the Board Room must be made a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the event and no more than three (3) months in advance to allow for Library programs to take precedence.
Reocurring use is limited to meeting no more often than twice per month.
There is a $10 cleaning fee for all groups that wish to serve food and beverage. Beverages in closed containers do not require a fee.
Reservations are first-come, first-served.
Reservations are only offered to registered Lynx Consortium library card holers, adults eighteen (18) years of age or older. A non-resident library card is available for a fee.
The Board Room may not be reserved for private events e.g.; birthday parties, wedding showers, family reunions, etc.
