Diane Raptosh Reads From Dear Z Online
Join the Nampa Public Library as we invite Diane Raptosh to read from her recently published book of poems Dear Z: the Zygote Epistles (Etruscan Press, 2020). A question and answer session with the poet will follow the reading.
Diane Raptosh’s verse collection, American Amnesiac (Etruscan Press), was longlisted for the 2013 National Book Award. The recipient of three fellowships in literature from the Idaho Commission on the Arts, she served as the Boise Poet Laureate (2013) as well as the Idaho Writer-in-Residence (2013-2016). In 2018 she won the Idaho Governor’s Arts Award in Excellence. Holder of the Eyck-Berringer Endowed Chair in English, she teaches literature and writing and co-directs the Criminal Justice/Prison Studies program at the College of Idaho.
