Family Storytelling with Patrick Mitchell In-Person
Join us for a family event with Patrick Mitchell to jump-start your storytelling traditions.
Caregivers will learn a storytelling method (without books) to enhance literacy nightly at home all year long while celebrating individual, family, and community history, heritage, and culture along the way. Work with your child to create a family storyboard.
5:30pm Free pizza will be served
6:00pm Program begins - Caregivers work with Patrick while kids explore play stations
6:40pm Caregivers and kids reunite to create storyboards
