Beginning Woodworking for Kids

Beginning Woodworking for Kids In-Person

This fun, hands-on woodworking class introduces kids to basic tools and techniques, guiding them to safely create simple projects while sparking creativity and confidence. We are excited to have parents/caregivers participate with their child aged 8-12. Parents are highly encouraged to stay and assist to provide guidance and safety support to ensure their child has a positive and enriching experience. Note: Program takes place after hours and participants will be entering and exiting from the Multipurpose Room.

This program is sponsored by Beyond the Books, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting/providing affordable extracurricular, educational, and social opportunities to homeschool families and students in the broader community.

For ages 8 to 17.
