Pumpkin Painting Extravaganza! In-Person
Bring decorated pumpkins to 1st Floor Info Desk between Sept. 18 and Sept. 22. Voting will begin on Sept. 23 and end on Oct. 17. Pumpkins will remain on display throughout October, but patrons can begin picking up their pieces on Oct. 25. Winner will be announced via social media. Any pumpkins not picked up by the end of the month will be discarded.
Please do not bring in carved pumpkins to ensure the library stays odor free. Designs must fit in a 13x13" square and be no taller than 18". You may use paint, props, and even multiple pumpkins in your design. Acceptable mediums on pumpkins include: paint, marker, paper mache, and multimedia decorations.
All ages welcome to participate. Prizes awarded to the winner in each category: Preschool, 5-8, 9-12, Teens, Adults, and Staff
Each entry must be the original work of one person only. One entry per person.
Please do not include name or age on the pumpkin.
