Day Camp: Plants and Wastewater with Emiline In-Person
Join us for a ton of fun activities with plants and water!
We will have a Storm Drain Demo where participants can add things into the "storm drain" and record the changes to the water quality of the stream below.
Team Filters will be an activity where children will work in teams to construct filters to try to clean the water that was just made dirty.
Wax Paper Watersheds is an activity where children can draw features on a wax paper mountain and spritz it with water to see how a watershed funnels water from the moutnains the valley.
We will also have take-away terrariums! Kids can make their own terrarium and learn about how water will warm up into a gas and hit the dome where it will cool into water droplets and rain back down on the plant.
