Join licensed professional counselor, Rebekah Rene Stearns, MA, LPC, of Nurturing Hope & Healing Counseling, LLC to learn how to Support Your Mental Health During the Holidays on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 6:30-8 pm in Multipurpose Room B.

A wide variety of factors can cause the holiday season to be to a time of increased stress, anxiety and depression. Gain coping and communication tools to help you maintain your mental health. Find out how you can respond and cope well no matter what the holiday season brings.

This class is part of a 5-part monthly series on Mental Health issues we will be hosting at Nampa Public Library from December 2019 - April 2020.
