Reading with Diane Raptosh In-Person
Join the Nampa Public Library as we celebrate the release of Trio: Planet Parable, Run, Endless Body by Etruscan Press with Diane Raptosh. She will read from the book Run: A Verse-History of Victoria Woodhull. A question and answer session with the poet will follow the reading. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
Diane Raptosh’s verse collection, American Amnesiac (Etruscan Press), was longlisted for the 2013 National Book Award. The recipient of three fellowships in literature from the Idaho Commission on the Arts, she served as the Boise Poet Laureate (2013) as well as the Idaho Writer-in-Residence (2013-2016). In 2018 she won the Idaho Governor’s Arts Award in Excellence. Holder of the Eyck-Berringer Endowed Chair in English, whe teaches literature and writing and co-directs the Criminal Justice/Prison Studies program at the College of Idaho.
