Other: Chess sets and clocks provided. No Insufficient Losing Chances rule.
Byes: Maximum 1-half point bye in any round, must commit before round is paired.
Ties: Solkoff, Cumulative, Cumulative Opposition, Mod. Med.
Requirements: US Chess membership required for Open section.
Prizes: $50 for 1st, $40 for 2nd, 1 Yr. Regular ICA Membership for 3rd
