The Multipurpose Rooms are located off the main lobby. They can be reserved separately or together at a cost of $25* for 1-4 hours or $50* for anything over 4 hours. There is a non-refundable $10 fee for bringing in food. Please see the rest of the Multipurpose Room Policy for other pricing information.
Multipurpose Room A seats 79, Multipurpose Room B seats 55, and combined they seat 134. There is an adjoining kitchen available when using the full space or the 55 seat portion (Room B). Both spaces feature a projector, screen and sound. *Nonprofit pricing available with proof of certification.
Reservations of the Multipurpose Room must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to the event and may be requested no more than 90 days in advance to allow for library precedence. Ouside Library hours requests must be made at least 1 month prior to the event, and require Library Director approval.
No organization or individual may have more than two (2) reservations scheduled at any time.
Reservations are first-come, first-served.
Reservations are offered only to registered Lynx! Consortium library users, adult eighteen (18) yrs. of age or older. A non-resident library card is available for a fee.
Library staff is not available for set-up, take-down or help with event.
